Our team

JUDr. Milan Žoldoš graduated from Pavel Jozef Šafárik University Faculty of Law in Košice (2002). In 2005 he passed Rigorosum exam at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica and obtained a traditional doctorate degree JUDr.

At the beginning of his legal career he worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic as a General State Counsel and he was responsible for audit of financial procedure of structural funds and Cohesion Fund and he also provided relevant legal advice in this field.

He has provided legal advisory since 2006 and has been a registered attorney with the Slovak Bar Association since 2010.

In the course of his legal practice as an attorney he specializes, beyond general legal services, in legal counselling in the field of the structural funds. In the field of the structural funds he provided legal service not only to the clients in public sector such as The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Slovak Energy Agency, NADSME, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, the Social Implementation Agency, but also to the companies and the individuals regarding the claims in the field of the structural funds against granting authority.
