Our team

Vladimir graduated from the Pan-European University Faculty of Law in Bratislava in 2017.

Vladimir has been practicing law since his first year at the college, focusing on Corporate Law, Construction, Banking and Finance. Vladimir has been a member of the CBA since 2021.

For the last 2 years, he has specialized in cross-border transactions involving the Middle East region (UAE/ Oman). In the Czech legal environment, he worked as an in-house lawyer at the bank and also at the Directorate of Roads and Motorways where he focused on Construction Law with FIDIC Red and Green Book Conditions of Contract. In advocacy, he focused on loan negotiations, preparation of documentation for construction proceedings, litigation and transfer of real estate in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. 

Fluent in English, Czech, Slovak, passive knowledge of Russian language.
