Our team

Ľudmila graduated from Commenius University Faculty of Law in Bratislava. In 2006 she was on 6 months secondment at the magic circle law firm in London providing legal advice and support to various international companies on wide range of issues related to intellectual property rights and outsourcing arrangements.

Ľudmila has extensive experience providing legal advice to local and international companies in connection with their diverse activities in Slovakia. Her practice includes complex legal services related to acquisitions, investment projects, contract negotiations as well as day-to-day business activities of her clients. Her areas of expertise include M&A and corporate, telecommunications law, outsourcing, risk management and corporate governance and employment law.

For more than 4 years she was part of the top management team responsible for a launch of the third mobile operator in Slovakia and as a General Counsel of the company had responsibilities for all legal, regulatory and security matters.
